It's for when you can't complete a U.S. purchase yourself — because of payment, verification, or seller restrictions. You send us product links, we confirm availability and pricing, and after your approval we buy the items on your behalf, receive them in Wilmington, inspect them, and forward them to you.
How does pricing work?+
Your quote lists everything before you commit: the item price (with Delaware's 0% sales tax), our service fee for the purchase, and the forwarding options with their costs. You see one clear total — no surprises after the fact.
When do I pay?+
After you approve the quote and before we place the order. We confirm the total and payment arrangements with you by email. Nothing is ever purchased until you've signed off.
Can I change or cancel a request?+
Any time before the purchase is placed, yes — just reply to the quote email. After an order is placed, changes depend on the retailer's own cancellation and return policies, and we'll help you navigate them.
Is there anything you won't buy?+
Anything unlawful to ship or restricted by carriers: hazardous materials, weapons, perishables, counterfeit goods, and similar. If you're unsure about an item, ask first — we'd rather tell you upfront.
Can you combine this with package forwarding?+
